Staying at the Holiday Inn Express Manila Newport City was a mixed experience. the free hotel shuttle service to and from the airport was efficient and convenient. However, the room didn't quite match what we had booked, and the overall ambiance felt average. the staff, though, were helpful. The location near popular commercial centers and famous landmarks was a plus, offering easy access to explore the city. the free breakfast provided a decent start to the day, but more variety would be appreciated. the hotel's affiliation with Resorts World Manila added some excitement, with dining, shopping, and entertainment options at your doorstep. While the room was comfortable, the air conditioning was too cold and couldn't be adjusted, leading to a slightly uncomfortable night's sleep. the breakfast arrangements at another property down the street felt subpar. the amenities like the roundtrip airport shuttle and convenience store were convenient additions.
